Job Title: Strategic Operations Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled consultant to lead our operations functions. This is a foundational leadership role where you'll manage teams, consult clients, and ensure operational excellence.

  • Act as the lead consultant across service lines, providing expert advisory to clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maximum benefits.
  • Oversee daily operations, guiding team members to achieve deadlines and maintain quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert client needs into deliverables and support business growth.
  • Design and implement efficient processes, compliance monitoring, and client reporting systems.
  • Manage client interactions, audits, and consulting deliverables with complete ownership.
  • Mentor team members, set performance standards, and ensure operational discipline and professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Consulting firm or Export/Compliance industry.
  • Expertise in GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, and international trade consulting.
  • Proven track record of consulting delivery and client management.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, operations, and leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or International Business (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
