Design Engineer Job Description

As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings for castings, sheet metal parts, and plastic parts using SolidWorks Application. You will perform detailed engineering calculations, tolerance stack-ups, and create complete product KRA's assemblies as required for projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed drawings in SolidWorks Application.
  • Perform detailed engineering calculations and tolerance stack-ups.
  • Develop and maintain product designs and specifications.
  • Support engineering process development and continuous improvement activities.
  • Work independently to complete assigned tasks/projects on time with limited support from Senior Engineers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks Application and experience in linear static analysis (FEA).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
