About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver statistical segmentations and related strategies for traditional and alternative contact channels using advanced analytics and predictive statistical tools. As an AVP, you will be responsible for developing and monitoring segmentations to prioritize accounts for contact strategies, channel assignment, value-based offers, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop statistical segmentations to prioritize accounts for contact strategies, channel assignment, value-based offers, etc.
  • Evaluate performance of existing segmentations.
  • Use optimization techniques to help maximize impact of segmentation strategies.
  • Assess attributes from internal data sources, partners, and external data sources to determine if new attributes are incrementally predictive vs. champion segmentation.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree with quantitative underpinning (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Risk, Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering).
  • 4 years of experience in Programming Analytics ideally in support of Risk, Credit, Finance, Accounting, Consumer Lending, or other relevant professional experience.
  • 4 years of experience in data analytics to support strategic decisions.
  • 4 years of experience of advanced SQL, SAS, Data mining, and E-Miner similar decision tree software.
