- Teaching Responsibilities: Teach Pilates classes of varying lengths, from 45 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes. Lead classes for small groups or one-on-one sessions, focusing on individualized attention and designing Pilates programs based on posture types and ability.
About Us: Our organization values client retention and encourages instructors to build rapport with clients and understand their goals.
- Client Safety: Conduct verbal screenings to ensure clients are safe to participate in classes. Report any risks or concerns to management.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of Pilates principles, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to adapt classes to meet the needs of clients with varying abilities.
- Class Adaptations: Offer modifications, progressions, and adaptations to accommodate clients with different needs within a class.
