About the Role:

DreamzKrraft is a leading wedding planning company. Our team has expertise in tailoring bespoke weddings that reflect individual couples' unique styles.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop overarching marketing strategy and execution plans for upcoming projects and events.
  2. Lead last-mile execution and coordination with external agencies, including digital partners, PR agencies, and social media platforms for promotions and brand visibility.
  3. Oversee brand integrations, partnerships, and collaborations for events.
  4. Maintain content calendar, strategize content pieces, and ensure approvals for DreamzKrraft's digital presence.
  5. Liaise with agencies to ensure accurate and timely content publication across digital platforms.
  6. Manage digital assets and ensure upkeep of social media handles, creative libraries, and brand collaterals.
  7. Run lead optimization by calling and following up with leads, ensuring conversions are tracked and reported.
  8. Oversee company PR activities to maintain consistent brand positioning.
  9. Support website updates with new events, news, and PR activities.
  10. Identify great content opportunities and amplify through relevant channels.
  11. Measure and report campaign performance, providing insights against established goals.
About You:

You will be a highly skilled professional with a strong background in marketing, business development, communications, or similar roles.

  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Strong content writing and editing abilities (grammar, tone, accuracy).
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional plans.
  • Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
  • Strong eye for content trends and creative storytelling.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments, both independently and in teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of prior work experience in marketing, business development, communications, or similar roles.
  • Mandatory prior experience in the wedding industry.
