Job Title:

Test Assurance Specialist

Our organization is looking for a skilled Test Assurance Specialist to join our agile development team. This role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions through effective testing practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile development methodologies, expertise in various types of testing (load, performance, security, and database), experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), proficiency in cloud project management platforms, and a solid understanding of automation and deployment processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to agile development processes.
  2. Conduct comprehensive testing, including load, performance, security, and database testing, to ensure the reliability and scalability of software applications.
  3. Utilize knowledge of Azure, AWS, and other cloud platforms to create and manage test environments.
  4. Work with cloud project management platforms to plan, track, and report on testing activities.
  5. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
  6. Possess a solid understanding of deployment processes and collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and error-free deployments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role in agile software development environments.

• Strong expertise in load, performance, security, and database testing.

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, AWS, and other cloud platforms.

• Familiarity with cloud project management platforms.

• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.

• Knowledge of deployment processes and practices.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
