Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of blue-collar manpower, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and improve workforce efficiency.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement strategies to reduce attrition and improve employee retention.

You will also be responsible for overseeing payroll management, data reporting, and maintaining regular communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Workforce Management: Oversee the full life cycle of blue-collar manpower, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
  2. Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and improve workforce efficiency.
  3. Attrition Reduction: Implement strategies to reduce attrition and improve employee retention.
  4. Payroll Management: Oversee payroll management, data reporting, and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
