Job Title: Senior Service Management Professional

As a seasoned professional in Service Management, you will play a critical role in the overall growth and stability of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end management, availability, and governance of the Service Management platform within licensing agreements. Improve the capability of the tool using AI to institutionalize IT processes.
  • Develop and enhance the tools' UI as per Human-Centric Design (HCD).
  • Establish request governance processes across technology teams and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Automate request workflows for quicker and more efficient fulfillment.
  • Implement an SLA for all move, add, and change activities managed by your team for the Service Management tool.
  • Organize financial documents in a central location, manage annual budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain vendor relationships with regular reviews.
  • Instruct stakeholders on distinguishing between requests and issues and manage them effectively. Set up a feedback system for identifying process improvement opportunities.

  • Proven experience in Service Management, ITIL, and platform administration.
  • Expertise in AI-driven automation, optimization, and integration.
