Business Opportunities Analyst

The Business Opportunities Analyst is responsible for identifying and analyzing business process improvement opportunities to enhance the company's overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify Process Improvements: Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to understand business needs and develop solutions.
  • Develop Requirements: Create detailed requirements documents outlining functional and non-functional requirements for new systems or enhancements.
  • Map Business Processes: Develop visual representations of business processes to communicate complex information to stakeholders.
  • Resolving Issues: Identify and resolve issues related to business processes, working collaboratively with teams to implement fixes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
