Account Director Role

  • Maintain and grow client relationships through regular strategic advocacy, including crisis management when needed.
  • Translate overall strategies into actionable plans and ensure timely delivery by the team.
  • Develop award-winning ideas to drive results and brand influence for clients.
  • Build relationships with senior journalists and influencers across the country.
  • Oversee the national media universe for all clients.
  • Guide team members in tracking news trends and pitching stories to secure media coverage.
  • Drive new business opportunities by participating in client pitches focused on social strategy, investigative research, campaign analytics, and media monitoring.
