• As a Senior Counselling Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the journeys of postgraduate applicants from the initial counseling session to program admissions. You will lead a team of counselors, collaborate with subject experts and editors, and provide strategic guidance to help clients stand out in a highly competitive global admissions landscape.
• You will be responsible for managing multiple high-stakes applications simultaneously while maintaining quality and providing exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Emotional intelligence and empathy are crucial for building trust with clients.

• Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's and Master's degree in any discipline (preferably with personal experience of postgraduate study abroad in top universities).
• 3–5 years of experience in postgraduate admissions counseling, higher education advisory, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of program-specific requirements for Master's, PhD, MBA, and other postgraduate degrees.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in academic and professional writing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes applications simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
• Team leadership and training experience preferred.
