Key Role: Regional Placement Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to create employment opportunities for students.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to take on the role of Regional Placement Manager. In this position, you will identify and target top IT companies with strong brand recognition and reputation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strategic plans to engage with top IT companies and promote the benefits of recruiting students from the institution.
  • Coordinating meetings and presentations with representatives of companies to showcase the talent pool of students.
  • Collaborating with faculty and alumni to leverage connections and referrals for top IT company recruitment.
  • Organizing employer visits, guest lectures, and industry-specific events to foster networking opportunities for students.
  • Coordinating job fairs, on-campus recruitment drives, and internship programs to connect students with potential employers.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, job market demands, and emerging career paths to provide relevant information to students.
  • Collecting feedback from employers and students to continuously improve placement processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Preferrred to have a postgraduate degree in any field.
  • Ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in an educational background.
  • Candidates with qualifications from reputable universities will have an added advantage.
