Job Title: Associate Director

A leading digital and e-commerce organization is seeking an experienced senior professional to drive strategic pricing innovation, revenue growth, and commercial success. This leadership role will lead a multicultural team across markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing Strategy & Leadership: Collaborate with senior business leaders to design and execute dynamic pricing strategies that fuel business expansion.
    • Revenue Optimization Frameworks: Develop and manage advanced pricing models including competitor benchmarking, yield and margin optimization, customer cohort analysis, and price elasticity studies.
  • Data & Technology Integration: Work with product and engineering teams to develop scalable pricing tools, analytics dashboards, and automation systems.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach to pricing and revenue management.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across commercial and product functions.
  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Category Management, or Product Management.
