Key Role Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our team. This is a full-time on-site position that will involve overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial conceptualization to on-site execution.
Responsibilities:
- Construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD for effective project communication.
- Ensure timely project execution with a keen eye for detail.
- Conduct frequent quality assurance checks to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with government departments and utilize strong contacts for project facilitation.
- Prepare technical drawings and presentations for client interactions.
- Implement design concepts aligned with client requirements.
- Collaborate with construction professionals and project teams.
- Demonstrate expertise in 3D software and design aptitude.
Qualifications:
- B. Arch/M. Arch with a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Good liaising experience with strong contacts in government departments.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
- Creative mindset with strong visualization skills.
- Proven experience managing and delivering projects independently.
