Overview

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented architect who can produce accurate and clear architectural drawings using AutoCAD. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the complete project lifecycle, the ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time. Adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
  • Apply engineering principles, mathematics, material science, and construction methods to achieve optimal design outcomes.
  • Develop complete construction drawing sets and ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate work quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Monitor construction processes and provide technical recommendations as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, schedules, and budgets.
  • Continuously improve design processes while maintaining high quality standards.

Education and Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Diploma in Architecture (site experience not mandatory; internships or relevant project work preferred).
  • Any graduate with relevant architectural drafting experience will also be considered.

Skills and Proficiencies
