Our institution is seeking a skilled Counsellor to join our team. As a Counsellor, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal well-being of our students.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with students.
  • Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental attitude towards students' concerns and experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with diverse student populations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle crisis situations calmly and professionally.
  • Ethical awareness and commitment to upholding confidentiality and professional boundaries in counselling relationships.
