Job Title: Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and test automation, with experience driving improvements as a Test Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium, leveraging scripting languages such as Python, JAVA, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP.

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure efficient and effective testing processes
  • Hands-on Functional Testing experience with applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion and Financials
  • Analyze and improve existing test automation strategies and processes to drive productivity improvement through automation
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams across shores to define efficient methods to create and maintain high-quality software products
  • Ensure continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines include automated testing to guarantee seamless delivery of software products

Key Responsibilities:

  • 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation and 3+ years of experience working as a Test Lead and driving improvements
  • Mandatory experience with Selenium testing web, Mobile and APIs
  • Experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium
  • Proven experience in designing test automation frameworks using various scriptless automation tools including but not limited to Tosca, Test Complete, Robot Framework
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and ability to implement them effectively
