Senior Collections Specialist

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to lead our pan-India collections strategy across multiple lending partners and geographies.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and scale collection operations across digital, field, and legal recovery channels.
- Drive performance across early & late-stage buckets (DPD 30-90+).
- Collaborate with lending partners (Banks/NBFCs) and internal teams (credit, tech, legal).
- Build & mentor high-performing field and tele-calling teams.
- Leverage technology & analytics to reduce bounce rates and improve resolution timelines.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in SME lending collections, a proven track record of managing pan-India portfolios across delinquencies, a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks, hands-on experience with management information systems, dashboards, and partner coordination, and a passion for fintech, MSME lending, and making a real impact.
