About our Medical Devices and Quality Management Systems:

We are seeking a skilled Biomedical Engineer to join our team in Surat, India. As an eQMS Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for deploying our electronic quality management system to medical device and healthcare companies.

Your primary role will be to collaborate with clients to implement our eQMS solution, providing training, support, and guidance to ensure successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy eQMS solutions to medical device and healthcare companies
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients
  • Provide subject matter expertise on compliance standards (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 11)
  • Liaise with hospitals, laboratories, and device manufacturers
  • Gather customer feedback and contribute to product improvements
  • Support clients during audits, inspections, and compliance reviews

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Biotechnology, or equivalent
  • Prior experience in medical devices, hospital equipment, or clinical applications
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks: ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, MDR (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
