Business Development Manager

Job Description:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding our customer base through effective relationship-building and strategic partnerships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collection from existing clients
  • Retention
  • Up-sell, Cross-sell experience
  • Proficient in English and Hindi language
  • B2C client handling
  • Interaction with existing customers and make follow-up calls
  • Timely payment & collections from the customers
  • Interaction with customers via Emails & over the phone
  • Proven experience as a CRM Sr. Executive, Customer Success or Collection Specialist or Business Development role
  • Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Skilled in negotiation
