  • We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Order Management and Data team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data activities, with experience working as a Business Analyst on order management projects.

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt their communication style to suit different audiences. They will also be able to break down complex concepts into clear, concise language, and work collaboratively as part of a distributed team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing large data extractions and converting them into the correct ServiceNow format
  • Working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop data mappings
  • Providing guidance on best practices for using data fields and understanding their impact on business processes
  • Ensuring seamless data migration from external tools to ServiceNow

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on order management projects with a focus on data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
