Community Engagement Specialist

We're looking for a passionate and skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for building and growing our online community, fostering engagement, and driving meaningful interactions.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to shape the face of our platform and contribute to its growth. You will work closely with our content and product teams to develop strategies that connect our community to our mission and values.

  • Design and Implement Community Programs: Develop and execute initiatives that foster engagement, encourage user-generated content, and promote community involvement.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with community members, contributors, and partners to ensure their needs are met and they feel valued.
  • Analyze and Report Community Insights: Track key metrics and provide actionable insights to inform product decisions and community development.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in community management, social media, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of online communities, digital tools, and social platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Hindi + English fluency preferred but not required.
