SAP Flexible Real Estate Management Expert

As a seasoned SAP REFX professional, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP Flexible Real Estate Management solutions to drive business growth. This exciting role involves working closely with stakeholders to manage real estate portfolios and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. SAP REFX Implementation & Configuration
  • You will design and implement SAP REFX solutions for real estate contract and lifecycle management, leveraging your expertise in data migration and configuration.
  • Configure REFX master data, valuation rules, rental objects, and cash flow settings to meet the needs of your clients.
  • E nsure compliance with IFRS 16/ASC 842 lease accounting standards by staying up-to-date on regulatory requirements.
  • Integrate REFX with SAP FI, CO, and FI-AA for seamless financial postings, cost allocation, and depreciation.
  1. Lease & Property Management
  • You will manage lease-in and lease-out contracts, including subleases and internal leasing, using your knowledge of workflow automation and contract approval processes.
  • Automate workflows for contract approvals, renewals, terminations, and notifications to streamline operations.
  • Implement grace period management and lease exit assessments to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
  • Maintain occupancy statuses and pricing structures for lease units, ensuring accurate data and informed decision-making.
  1. Financial Integration & Reporting
  • You will automate cost/revenue allocation to cost/profit centers, leveraging your skills in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure seamless integration with SAP FICO for AP/AR and financial reporting, providing stakeholders with timely and accurate insights.
  • Implement depreciation, balance tracking, and security deposit management to maintain accurate records and facilitate financial planning.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards using SAP BW/BI and SAP Analytics Cloud to support data-driven decision-making.
  1. Data Migration & Testing
  • You will lead the migration of lease contract data from legacy systems (e.g., NAKISA) to SAP REFX, utilizing your expertise in data transformation and testing.
  • Conduct data validation, UAT, and post-migration support to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Prepare and execute cutover strategies and functional testing to validate system performance and accuracy.
  1. Training & Documentation
  • You will provide end-user training and technical documentation to ensure that stakeholders are equipped to effectively utilize SAP REFX.
  • Support post-Go-Live activities and system maintenance to ensure continued performance and optimization.
