Business Development MBA Intern

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development MBA intern to join our team. As an integral part of our business growth strategy, this role will play a critical role in supporting our ad sales and partnership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Business Growth Strategy: Assist in identifying and approaching potential advertisers, media agencies, and strategic partners.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, confidently pitching our ad solutions and digital streaming offerings.
- Market Research & Insights: Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and advertiser behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Campaign Support: Coordinate with internal teams to develop, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns.
- CXO-level Communication: Represent us confidently in external meetings, showcasing excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Travel: Engage in client and partner meetings across multiple cities (~40-50% travel).
The ideal candidate will have an MBA degree from a reputable institution, preferably with a specialization in Sales & Marketing. They must possess excellent communication skills, be articulate and persuasive, and have a strong passion for business development and revenue-driven thinking. Additionally, they should have basic knowledge of OTT, FAST channels, programmatic ads, and brand monetization strategies.
