About the Position

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Professional to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-level DevOps solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design scalable and secure DevOps architectures tailored to organizational needs.
  • Conduct DevOps maturity assessments and define strategic roadmaps to advance DevOps capabilities.
  • Rationalize DevOps toolsets and standardize architecture patterns for automation, integration, and monitoring.

Pipeline Design & Delivery Automation:

  • Architect and implement robust CI/CD pipelines to enable secure, fast, and consistent application delivery.
  • Integrate pipelines with IT service management tools for seamless change, release, and incident management.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve pipeline performance and reliability through tooling, configuration, and process enhancements.

Cloud Infrastructure & IaC:

  • Design and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks.
  • Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery strategies are built into infrastructure designs.
  • Support multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud environments with automation-first mindset.

Observability & System Health:

  • Define and implement observability frameworks to enable proactive monitoring and faster incident resolution.
  • Guide site reliability engineering practices and establish standards for performance monitoring and alerting.
  • Lead root cause analysis and drive long-term system reliability improvements.

Security & Compliance (DevSecOps):

  • Embed security practices directly into pipelines and infrastructure workflows.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure DevOps aligns with regulatory requirements.

Optimization & Innovation:

  • Identify and implement improvements in process efficiency, resource utilization, and cloud cost optimization.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve development and operational workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience designing and leading DevOps architectures in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
  • Expertise with CI/CD platforms, cloud services, and Infrastructure as Code frameworks.
  • Familiarity with observability tools and IT service management platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
