The role of Application Consultant plays a vital part in delivering outstanding, innovative experiences to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain expertise in Verint Applications, with a focus on Workforce Management and Quality Management, ensuring seamless integration and robust engagement.
  • Conduct design sessions, consulting events, and provide best practice optimization and assessment consulting for Verint Applications, promoting ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver successful deployments, troubleshoot issues, and provide subject matter expertise, driving business growth and customer loyalty.
  • Configure, review, and test configuration and usage of Verint Applications, guaranteeing optimal performance and user adoption.
  • Deliver Instructor-Led Training to customers on Verint solutions, enhancing ongoing satisfaction, retention, and renewal.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, providing a solid foundation in software development and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Verint applications, contact center telephony environments, and consulting with customers, offering a unique blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership skills, ability to gain consensus, and effective communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' industry experience, with a strong background in Enterprise software solutions and large-scale application implementation, driving digital transformation and business excellence.
