As a Senior Architect, you will drive technical and operational excellence by leading architectural design activities on projects in North America. Your responsibilities will include assisting project teams with various design projects from conceptual design through construction administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, modify, and review construction drawings and specifications for facilities in the North America region
  • Assist in developing interiors based on client vision and architectural needs
  • Guide 3D visualization team in developing concepts and final architectural rendering
  • Build relationships with clients and contractors to develop new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited program
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • Basic understanding of IBC Codes, ADA Standards, and Life safety standards
  • Experience in Commercial, Industrial, and Warehouse facilities preferred
  • Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, and Sketchup

Key Qualifications:

  • Skillful in reading and interpreting architectural drawings
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Accurate self-checking skills
