Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading by example, maintaining a positive and productive work environment, and delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a calm and composed demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to ensure smooth store operations.
- Assist with new partner training by providing guidance and feedback to ensure successful performance.
- Provide feedback to management on team member performance and suggest areas for improvement.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing individual strengths and addressing morale concerns.
- Create a learning environment that fosters growth and development among team members.
- Deliver legendary customer service by connecting with customers and responding to their needs.
- Develop relationships with team members by understanding individual motivations and addressing concerns.
- Execute store operations efficiently and effectively, ensuring seamless opening and closing duties.
- Foster a culture of safety and security by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure cash handling and register procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with baristas to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality to meet business needs.
- Prepare high-quality beverages and food products consistently, adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Recognize and reward individual and team achievements through effective communication and collaboration with management.
