Job Title: Shift Supervisor

Role Overview:

  • Assist with new partner training by providing guidance and feedback to ensure successful performance.
  • Provide feedback to management on team member performance and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing individual strengths and addressing morale concerns.
  • Create a learning environment that fosters growth and development among team members.
  • Deliver legendary customer service by connecting with customers and responding to their needs.
  • Develop relationships with team members by understanding individual motivations and addressing concerns.
  • Execute store operations efficiently and effectively, ensuring seamless opening and closing duties.
  • Foster a culture of safety and security by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure cash handling and register procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow up with baristas to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality to meet business needs.
  • Prepare high-quality beverages and food products consistently, adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
  • Recognize and reward individual and team achievements through effective communication and collaboration with management.
