Logistics Innovation Leader

Key responsibilities include driving strategic planning, project execution, hiring and development of engineering talent, driving operational excellence, and shaping up solutions to achieve our vision. Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- 2+ years of design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred qualifications include a full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience. A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent is also preferred.
