Jettison is a reputable law firm seeking a seasoned civil litigation professional to join their team. With a strong background in complex commercial disputes, employment litigation, and real estate disputes, this experienced individual will have the opportunity to engage in all aspects of the litigation process, working closely with clients and collaborating with a team on a variety of matters.



The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of prior litigation experience, with a strong track record of success in the field. As an admitted attorney in Virginia, this individual will bring a high level of expertise and a deep understanding of the complexities of civil litigation.



Responsibilities will include representing clients in complex commercial disputes, employment litigation, and real estate disputes, as well as working with a team to develop and implement effective litigation strategies. This role will also involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs and goals, and developing tailored solutions to achieve their objectives.



The successful candidate will be highly organized, with excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation and arbitration, is also highly desirable.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
