The ideal candidate will have substantive experience in any of the following areas: complex commercial disputes employment litigation and/or real estate disputes
Overview:This position will allow an associate to engage in all aspects of the litigation and alternative dispute resolution process work directly with clients and collaborate with a team on a variety of matters.
Qualifications: 5 7 years of prior litigation experience Admitted to practice in Virginia Excellent research and writing skills
