Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned property expert to join our team as a Property Surveyor. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the real estate sector and be able to provide valuable insights into market trends.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough surveys of properties, analyzing data, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Analyze data to identify patterns and trends, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other industry professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate sector, preferably in a surveying or analysis role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
