Service Delivery Manager

Job Description:

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of infrastructure shared services, including network, servers, storage, databases, and other IT infrastructure components. The goal is to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with SLAs, industry best practices, and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of infrastructure shared services, ensuring alignment with business requirements and SLAs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure professionals, providing guidance and conducting regular performance evaluations.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to SLAs, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to maintain high service levels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their infrastructure requirements and align service delivery accordingly.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and cost reduction, implementing best practices and leveraging new technologies to improve service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with security and compliance requirements in infrastructure operations.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external service providers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of outsourced infrastructure services.
  • Prepare regular reports and metrics related to service delivery, SLA performance, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in infrastructure management.
  • Open to work in UK shift.
