Job Title

As a seasoned structural expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of junior engineers. You will provide strategic direction, technical guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure team success.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, structural design, and analysis. They will be able to collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.

You will be responsible for conducting technical reviews, quality assurance checks, and risk assessments for ongoing projects. You will also oversee the preparation of detailed engineering calculations, load assessments, and finite element analysis using software tools.

The successful candidate will be able to serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders on structural matters. They will participate in design meetings, pre-construction conferences, and construction progress updates.

  • Oversee a team of junior structural engineers

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in structural engineering
