**Job Title:** Project Management Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist to join our team at Shadow infosystem Pvt. Ltd. in Noida.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Ensure that client needs are met as the project evolves.
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator.
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
