Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead our high-performing team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and architecture, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.

  • You will be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and respectful dialogue within the team.
  • As an Engineering Manager, you will provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders across Product, Architecture, Security, and Engineering to drive engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team of engineers to deliver innovative features and capabilities for the Workspace ONE UEM platform.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership in designing and developing scalable, enterprise-grade software.
  • Solve complex technical challenges using data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Track and analyze team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and support engineers in their professional growth.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative team culture.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

In this role, you will divide your time across three key areas:

  • Hands-on coding and debugging (C#.Net/Microservices): 30%
  • Architecting and designing enterprise software and cloud services (HLD & LLD): 30%
  • Project and people management: 40%
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to solve complex technical challenges.
