Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating reception, security, facilities maintenance, and office space management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate reception, security, and facilities maintenance
  • Manage office space, including working with different groups to assign seats and oversee furniture installation and procurement
  • Housekeeping oversight and Security Lead for the site
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors for facility-related projects
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in property management, facilities, safety, and security supervision
  • Familiarity with local laws relating to Safety and Environmental compliance
  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
