Finance Transformation Expert

Drive the next generation of finance transformation by designing and delivering solutions across ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) and Transaction Matching.

As a key member of our Global ERP Engineering team, you will combine functional expertise with technical build skills (configuration, reporting, integrations) to shape the ERP/EPM landscape for a leading telecom enterprise.

  • Configuring and optimizing ARCS for balance sheet reconciliations and automated matching of high-volume transactions.
  • Implementing Transaction Matching rules and automation for bank, sub-ledger, and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Developing dashboards and reports to provide visibility into reconciliation status, compliance, and exceptions.
  • Building and maintaining key delivery artifacts: Configuration Documents, Functional Design Documents, Technical Design Documents.
  • Partnering with ERP teams to deliver integrated reconciliation processes.
  • Supporting integrations via Data Management and OIC for ERP–EPM–third-party systems.
  • Ensuring full lifecycle coverage through SDLC implementation methodology – development, testing, documentation, cutover, deployment, and post-deployment support.
  • Providing production support, resolving incidents, and driving performance optimization.
