Product Launch Coordinator Role

Job Responsibilities

The Product Launch Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Project Oversight: Working closely with project managers to monitor timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay within scope and meet deadlines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serving as a point of contact for project updates, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring alignment on goals.
  • Documentation Management: Maintaining detailed documentation of product features, specifications, and project plans.
  • Quality Assurance Support: Assisting with testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure product quality meets requirements.
  • Product Roadmap Development: Helping to maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on customer feedback and business needs.
  • Launch Planning & Execution: Assisting with product launches, releases, and post-launch activities like user training and support.
  • Performance Metrics Analysis: Helping to build and monitor product service performance metrics.
Required Qualifications

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in a related technology role.

  • Understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools.
