Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and oversee the content strategy, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and aligns with overall marketing goals.
  • Brand Management: Enhance the brand voice and identity, ensuring all creative output adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Marketing: Work integrally with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive company objectives.
  • Target Achievement: Align and empower yourself and the team to achieve maximum results, meeting individual and team targets.
  • Analysis: Monitor and analyze creative content performance, using data-driven insights to refine and improve content strategies and campaigns.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in marketing or content production.
  • Education and/or background in Architecture and/or Interior Design.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers and convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to adapt to uncertainty and problem-solve for novel challenges.
  • Strong collaboration and goal-oriented mindset.
