Project Management

As a Senior Technical Project Manager at Datamatics Digital, you will lead end-to-end project management for multiple, concurrent projects within the logistics and supply chain management domain. Your responsibilities will include defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. You will develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Technical Leadership

You will provide technical guidance and leadership in .NET development, architecture, and best practices. You will collaborate with development teams to ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements. You will stay current with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends, and incorporate this knowledge into project planning and execution.

Team Leadership

You will manage and mentor a team of developers, business analysts, and other project team members. You will foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. You will conduct regular team meetings, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.

Stakeholder Management

You will act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. You will ensure clear and effective communication of project status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

Logistics & Supply Chain Expertise

You will apply deep domain knowledge of logistics and supply chain management to design and implement innovative solutions that address industry-specific challenges. You will optimize supply chain processes through the integration of technology solutions, improving efficiency and reducing costs. You will collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Quality Assurance

You will ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with the project scope. You will conduct regular project reviews and post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 14+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on .NET technologies. Proven experience in managing large-scale projects in the logistics and supply chain management sector. Hands-on experience with .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and related technologies. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable. Skills: Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management processes and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
