Job Summary

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are properly covered.

  • He/she will prioritize the facilities' needs, manage supplies, and ensure adequate stocks and materials for smooth operations.
  • Continuously improving processes, managing supply and service contracts, mitigating risks through emergency evacuation procedures and crisis management plans.
  • Monitor health and safety issues, actively participating in reviewing them, and maintaining overall performance through routine service audits.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements.
Responsibilities:

The following are essential responsibilities for this role:

  • Client satisfaction is paramount; take on difficult issues and seek opportunities to improve operations.
  • Create stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly management reports to clients.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of property operations, occupational safety, and client-centric operations.
  • Lead and manage teams effectively, roll out improvement plans, and possess superior communications and reporting skills.
Requirements:

For this position, we require:

  • A strong knowledge of property operations, hotel and building management degree, and 3-5 years of experience in facilities management.
  • Good working knowledge in occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations.
  • Solid background in team management, leadership, and effective communication.
