Job Summary:
Simeio is seeking a seasoned CyberArk Deployment Lead to spearhead the design, configuration, and deployment of end-to-end CyberArk solutions for enterprise clients. This role requires exceptional technical leadership skills, as well as expertise in designing and deploying secure, scalable solutions that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Deployments: Oversee the planning, execution, and go-live support for large-scale CyberArk deployments, ensuring timely delivery and seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as an expert on CyberArk components, including Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, PTA, and AAM, providing guidance and training to junior engineers and stakeholders.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients, security teams, and internal delivery teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions that meet compliance and security standards.
  • Custom Connector Development: Develop custom connectors and integrations with other identity platforms and enterprise applications to enhance solution efficacy and user experience.
  • Health Checks and Upgrades: Conduct regular health checks, upgrades, and performance tuning of existing CyberArk environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide mentoring and coaching to junior engineers on best practices, automation, and troubleshooting techniques to promote skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all implementations adhere to compliance and security standards, including SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and ISO27001, by maintaining accurate documentation and records.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 Years Experience: Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience working with CyberArk Suite products, with a strong background in designing and deploying CyberArk PAM solutions for both on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in Design and Deployment: Demonstrate proficiency in designing and deploying CyberArk PAM solutions that meet client requirements, with a focus on security, scalability, and ease of use.
  • CDE-PAM/CDE-CPC/CDE-Secrets Experience: Have hands-on experience with CDE-PAM/CDE-CPC/CDE-Secrets, including their design, configuration, and deployment.
  • CyberArk REST APIs and Integrations: Familiarity with CyberArk REST APIs and their integrations, including custom connector development and API-based integrations.
  • Cloud Security Fundamentals: Strong grasp of Cloud Security Fundamentals, including secrets management, access control, and data protection.
  • Automation Proficiency: Automation proficiency in Conjure policies and scripts to streamline solution delivery and reduce manual errors.
  • DevOps Container Services: Expertise in utilizing DevOps container services such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift to enhance solution agility and scalability.
  • Previous Engagement with Major Cloud Providers: Previous engagement with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, with a focus on solution deployment, integration, and maintenance.
  • Understanding of BeyondTrust PAM and Delinea PAM: Understanding of BeyondTrust PAM and Delinea PAM solutions, including their design, configuration, and deployment.
