Senior UI/UX Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our globally distributed team. This fully remote role is ideal for an individual who thrives when working independently and has successfully led projects from concept to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for mobile apps and desktop web applications using Figma and Flutter Flow. They will own the entire design process, from initial research and wireframing to prototyping, testing, and final delivery.

Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure cohesive and seamless user experiences. Conducting user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs based on feedback is also a crucial aspect of this role.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have extensive hands-on experience with Figma and Flutter Flow, as well as a demonstrable portfolio showcasing completed mobile app and desktop web application projects. You should also have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
