Job Title: Strategic AI Solutions Architect

This is a forward-thinking role for an AI engineer passionate about transforming enterprise experiences through intelligent automation.

About the Role:
  • Design and deliver Generative AI solutions tailored to tax automation and compliance workflows.
    • Architect end-to-end Generative AI systems, integrating third-party LLM APIs with a focus on prompt engineering and orchestration using frameworks like LangChain.
    • Fine-tune LLMs to improve accuracy, relevance, and business alignment.
  • Build Intelligent Agent Tools
    • Develop agent-based modules for data retrieval, decision logic, and automated task execution.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven process optimization and automation.
  • Ensure Performance, Security & Compliance
    • Monitor agent performance and iterate based on usage data and evolving requirements.
    • Build secure, scalable data pipelines and manage metadata for reference datasets used in LLM consumption.
    • Ensure all solutions meet data governance, security, and regulatory compliance standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with data science libraries.
  • Experience with LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks.
  • Proven ability to integrate technologies and deliver intuitive AI solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
