Job Title: Technical Lead - Flutter and Python Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to lead our Full Stack development team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, with hands-on experience in Flutter for front-end development and Python with Flask for back-end development.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces using Flutter.
- Ensure responsiveness and performance across various devices and platforms.
- Develop and maintain robust server-side applications and APIs using Python and Flask.
- Optimize performance and scalability of back-end systems.
- Design, implement, and manage PostgreSQL databases.
- Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic.
- Conduct thorough testing of applications to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Flutter for developing responsive and interactive applications.
- Extensive experience with Python and Flask for building scalable and secure server-side applications.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and data management.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
