Job DescriptionWe're currently seeking an Investment Operations Professional - Trade Confirmation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate confirmation of trades across various asset classes.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare for and actively engage in trade lifecycle discussions with traders, strategists, clients, and technologists to mitigate risk and drive business growth.
- Daily interactions with traders and brokers to resolve issues and ensure seamless settlement of trades.
- Analyze and improve problem-solving capabilities for complex trade flow, accounting issues, and transactional discrepancies.
- Lead project management initiatives to enhance cross-product support and relationship management.
- Leverage quantitative skills to optimize process controls and scale business operations.
- Develop and provide insightful analyses of business performance for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in finance or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of financial products, including fixed income, equity, and money market instruments.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work effectively under pressure, and maintain discretion and awareness of accountability.
- Strong analytical skills and interest in developing problem-solving capabilities.
- Experts in Fixed Income, Equity, and Money Market products.
- Experience with trade life cycle management, confirmation, and settlement processes.
- Familiarity with DTCC CTM and understanding of EMEA markets.

- Derivatives experts with expertise in Futures, Swaps, and FX products.
- Knowledge of clearing, bilateral trading, and trade confirmation/settlement processes.
- Experience with tools like Marketwire/MTM, Tradeserve, and understanding of EMEA markets.

Earnings Potential:This role is expected to have an annual salary of $250,000 - $350,000, depending on experience and qualifications, plus potential bonus incentives.
