Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver end-to-end process solutions leveraging SAP Signavio modules
  2. Lead implementation projects ensuring timely delivery and quality
  3. Conduct process modeling workshops to map flows, roles, systems, and KPIs
  4. Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify and optimize processes
  5. Maintain process documentation and communicate improvements clearly to stakeholders
  6. Experience in driving process improvement initiatives and change management
  7. Effective communicator with the ability to train teams and present insights

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Signavio modules and their applications
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
