  • Direct, supervise, and evaluate work activities of medical staff in the Occupational Health Centre.
  • Advise on safety aspects in the design and use of plant, equipment, and systems of work.
  • Enforce work permits and lock-out-tag-out (LOTO) procedure.
  • Regularly review Environmental Aspects and Impacts across the facility to understand environmental risks.
  • Develop Operational Control Procedures, Work Instructions, Environmental management programs, Objectives, and Targets based on risk factors.
  • Ensure Hazard Communication as per GHS/NFPA.
  • Monitor safety KPI and continuously improve it by reporting KPIs, analyzing trends, and ensuring progress.
Audit:
  • Ensure OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 compliance.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Industrial Safety from a recognized institution or Diploma in Industrial Safety from Regional Labour Institute.
  • 9-12 years of experience with at least 4-5 years in FMCG industries.
  • Must have knowledge about EMS & OHSMS.
