Job Summary

As a Monitoring Analyst, you will be responsible for performing real-time monitoring of servers, network devices, and applications. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor server and network performance using various tools
  • Identify and escalate incidents to support teams as per defined procedures
  • Perform basic health checks and validations as per runbooks
  • Track and update incident tickets in ITSM tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT monitoring or helpdesk roles
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and monitoring tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions
